• DESCRIPTION
Ceramic fiber board is made from high-purity raw materials through wet forming, constant-temperature drying, high-temperature sintering, processing, and forming. This manufacturing process produces rigid and durable ceramic fiber boards with excellent thermal insulation and refractory performance.
With high compressive strength, long service life, accurate dimensions, and good flatness, the ceramic fiber insulation board is easy to cut, handle, and install, making construction more convenient and efficient. As a reliable high temperature insulation board and refractory board, it can maintain stable performance in demanding high-temperature environments.
Available in different densities, thicknesses, and temperature grades, our high temperature ceramic fiber board can be customized for specific industrial requirements. It is widely used for furnaces, kilns, boilers, heat-treatment equipment, and other thermal insulation systems. The material can also be used as a ceramic insulation board, or ceramic fiber board for wood stove applications where lightweight, rigid, and high-temperature insulation is required.

Ø Chemical industry: Insulation of Chemical high-temperature furnaces or reactors and other devices. Prevent high temperature from spreading out and protect peripheral equipment and personnel security.
