• DESCRIPTION
Ceramic fiber blanket is made from high-purity raw materials through high-temperature electromelting, high-speed air blowing and fiberization, followed by needling, heat setting, cutting, and rolling. This manufacturing process produces a lightweight, flexible, and durable ceramic fiber insulation blanket with excellent refractory and thermal insulation properties.
Light in weight and soft to the touch, ceramic fiber blankets are easy to handle, cut, and install. As a reliable high temperature insulation blanket and thermal insulation blanket material, they are widely used for furnaces, kilns, boilers, pipelines, heat-treatment equipment, and other industrial thermal insulation applications.
Available in different densities, thicknesses, and temperature grades, our ceramic blanket insulation can be customized according to specific project requirements.
