• DESCRIPTION
High silica glass fiber blanket is made from high-purity silica glass fiber with a SiO₂ content of ≥96%. With a melting point close to 1700°C, this high-performance insulation material can be used continuously at temperatures up to 1000°C, providing reliable thermal protection in ultra-high-temperature environments.
Mainly designed for 1000°C ultra-high-temperature fire insulation, the High Silica Fiberglass Welding Blanket provides an effective thermal insulation barrier against intense heat flow and jet flames. Its high-temperature resistance makes it suitable for demanding welding and fire protection applications.
Also known as a High Silica Fabric Blanket or High Silica Welding Blanket, this material offers dependable protection where conventional fiberglass fabrics cannot withstand extreme temperatures.
